Nissan

Nissan is a well-known Japanese automaker since in 1914.  Its main branch is in Yokohama, Japan.  Nissan began operations with the production of the box-shaped car. They also started manufacturing Datsun cars in 1933. Today, Nissan distributes its products to over 160 countries through its dealers.  With over 142,000 employees, Nissan affiliates and operates around the world.  Nissan manufactures cars in three main models.  From the Nissan, Datsun and Infiniti brands.  Infinity is the super-luxury car produced by Nissan.  They started it in 1989.  In 2010, they introduced their first 100% eco-friendly electric car.  Nissan cars are in great demand all over the world as well as in Sri Lanka.

Nissan Leaf

Introduced in Japan and United States, 2010. Nissan leaf is propelled purely with the power contained in its Li-ion (lithium-ion) battery. Nissan Leaf uses a 24 kWh li-ion battery pack base on polymer cells from Automotive Energy Storage Corporation (AESC).


Datsun

The new Datsun brand stands for Dream, Access and Trust. Datsun represent 80 years of accumulated Japanese car-making expertise.


Infiniti


Infiniti is luxury division of Nissan and it was introduced in the United States in 1989. Nissan wanted to target the premium vehicle market in the United States with cars that would not fit in with their more mainstream image.
